I have not received an order confirmation. Why not?
It can take up to 2 hours before you receive this email that you have placed your order. There is also a possibility that the mail has ended up in your spam box.
If the payment has been made correctly and you do not receive a confirmation of your order within 2 hours, please contact us. You can do that here.
I have just placed an order, is it still possible to change or cancel the order?
We would like to deliver our orders as quickly as possible. This is why we ship the orders as quickly as possible. When the order has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make a change here.
That is why it is important that if you want to have an order adjusted, you contact us as soon as possible. Then we will immediately investigate whether the adjustment is still possible.
If adjustment is no longer possible, you can return your order after receipt.
I made a mistake with the shipping address. What should I do?
That's annoying, but of course it can happen.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address.
What is your return policy?
Thanks to our return policy, you as a customer have the option to return your order within 14 days after you have received it. As soon as we have received your package back, we will refund your purchase amount. Any shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If we receive an item that cannot meet the following requirements, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.
Items must be returned within 14 days.
The costs for returning are for the customer.
The order must be returned in the original packaging.
The items must be complete and in original condition.
The items must not be worn, washed or damaged.
The labels must still be attached to the products.
There should be no makeup on the item.
Each return must be notified in advance.
